TIMCO was founded by Timothy Caillouet in 2021 as a land management company — rooted in Thibodaux and built on showing up, doing the work, and leaving the land better than we found it.
It's one job, two halves: restore the land that's grown over, then manage it so it stays that way — residential, commercial, or recreational. Different ground, same standard.
